Weight loss diet tip - Shovel your pounds away! Humor

Gain a few unwanted pounds over the holidays? Here’s a weight loss plan for you that will shed those pounds (and perhaps your sanity) in just days.
(Disclaimer: Must be living through one of Wisconsin’s snowiest winters on record and have young children.)
Day 1
* Shovel.
* Eat apple and chug a Slim-Fast drink.
* Care for/entertain two kids under age 5 indoors, all day, because the streets, sidewalks and parks are buried under snow. In between fetching juice and crackers and playing with children who don’t stop moving until they’re napping, eat when you get the time. Good luck!Day 2
* Shovel your driveway and sidewalk, as usual, plus part of lazy neighbor’s sidewalk.
* Eat fruit and cereal and toss down some Dexatrim.
* Suddenly realize you’ve caught a wicked stomach bug from your preschool-age children, then lose last night’s dinner and today’s breakfast and have no desire to eat rest of the day.Day 3
* Shovel (yes, even in sick, weakened condition because that snow we seem to get more of almost every day won’t move itself off the driveway and sidewalk).
* Food for the day: salty crackers, banana and bagel. Drink lots of clear liquids (unfortunately vodka doesn’t count as a clear liquid).
