One of the biggest joys you can experience from a successful weight loss adventure is being to wear clothing you find sexy and wonderful all at the same time…without having to worry if you’ll look like an overstuffed eggplant while wearing it!

Everyone has their own ‘dream’ outfit, and some of them are quite out there! Our senior editor, Barbara, for example, put her emphasis on her arms and biceps - months of weight lifting and working out made them look rather respectable, so she invested in tank tops, sleeveless karate gi’s (uniforms) and the like.

Dream outfits (and other ways to reward yourself!) are great motivators! It’s quite a blast to realize that hey! I’m not fat anymore…and hey! I can really look good….not only to everyone around me, but to myself as well.
