Love handles! The more to love!
Losing the weight around your midsection can be accomplished only by the generic “lose weight” idea. In other words, spot reducing is a myth - you simply cannot tell your body, okay body, dissolve the fat on my stomach and migrate it instead north to my chest!
The way to lose your love handles is to lose weight all around. Weight generally comes off in the reverse order that it was packed on, so if you first gained in your midsection, that’s the first area that will lose.
